Spring Newsletter 2021
Spring is in the air and we are feeling it! The days are getting longer, the weather is growing sunnier and warmer, and we’re seeing green everywhere. We always feel a little more joyful and hopeful at this time of the year. Are you feeling it too?
Over the past few weeks, we’ve started working on videos! We’ve been researching how best to implement an on-demand library of recordings that you can access whenever you want, and we’ve been designing content, writing scripts, rehearsing, and learning a lot. Look for an update from us soon with all the details.
With the change in the seasons and the easing of COVID-19 restrictions comes changes in our teaching schedules. Lisa’s Yoga for Larger Bodies class at The Pharm in Ventura has moved to Tuesdays at 5:30-6:30 pm, and this class as well as her Chair Yoga class on Sundays at 1:30 am - 12:30 pm are now available as both a virtual class (via Zoom) or an in-person class (with COVID-19 protocols in place). You can register at www.thepharm.love for both of those classes.
Robin has added a Mindfully Moving Yoga class on Fridays at 9:30 am via Zoom. Her classes on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm and Thursdays at 11:30 am via Zoom are continuing as well.
